Focusing on positive vibration and memories, you can activate and increase your personal vibration, as your frequency matches various positive states of being that allow your soul to flow through you freely.
In this meditation, I will help you create positive qualities in your body and to access memories of positive experiences and emotions you hold in your body, using your inner resource and stored energy to open and maintain your higher frequency flow.
This meditation is followed by a group energy healing lead by me.
